    STEP 1
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the chopped chicken, grapeseed oil, turmeric, brown sugar, salt and half of the ginger and garlic. Mix together to coat the chicken.

  3. Add the chicken to a non-stick pan over medium heat. Let the chicken cook for about 6 minutes, or until it is no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the pan and place it to the side.

  5. Coat the pan in cooking spray, add onions and the rest of the ginger and garlic. Saut‌é for about 4 minutes or until the onions start to turn golden.
  6. STEP 4
  7. Add the tomato paste, water, chile flakes, cumin seeds, buttermilk, cornstarch and cooked chicken to the pan. Let all the ingredients simmer in the pan for a few minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add in kasuri methi and garam masala to taste. Serve with bulgar wheat.
